The premise was simply to get people moving and the results would come. What we now know is that there is no &#8220;one size fits all&#8221; training program that will work for everyone, and that learning how to customize training in order to meet individuals needs is very important.</p>
<p>Much ado is made about the current health crisis, and for good reason. With obesity numbers on the rise, fitness is now more important than ever. Each day more people realise that exercise is key, and these people are indeed seeking help with the ways in which to transform their body. For this reason, the fitness industry has continued to grow, and shows no signs of decline. In the current job marketing, preparing yourself to work within a growing field is simply the smartest move.</p>
<p>Modern fitness training must not only be customized, but must also take into account physical ailments and limitations. Better overall physical health is now linked to better mental health. Those who do have limitations can still reap the benefits of exercise, and those who are able to train these individuals are in high demand. By completing training courses, you too can be one of the people that have the privilege of working within this highly lucrative and rewarding industry.</p>

According to a recent study, physical exercise regularly could beat the obesity gene in this struggle to lose weight.</p>
<p>Many people wonder whether obesity is acquired by custom or habit or if it is a matter of genetics. And the answer is not so simple.</p>
<p>It is true that there are inherited characteristics in our body that we can not change, even if we lose kilos or pounds (shoulders or hips wider or narrower, for example). It is also true that there are other genetic factors that influence weight, in which we speak of the existence of a gene &#8220;thrifty&#8221; that allowed human ancestors store energy for times of food shortages.</p>
<p>Basically, these genes do not consume the fat cells so quickly, but the store to be stocked (and never missing energy).<span id="more-992"></span></p>
<p>Therefore, this gene &#8220;thrifty&#8221; is one of those responsible for obesity among people in modern societies, where food is plentiful, especially those with lots of fat, sugars and carbohydrates.<br />
Does this mean that nothing is worth your effort to maintain the ideal weight? No, and definitely no! Given this genetic approach, other scholars have argued that this is only a part of the conditions that promote obesity.</p>
<p>The excess food (and not able to stop eating), having a sedentary lifestyle and do little or no physical exercise are also factors that help the fat to accumulate in the body and, with them, to appear overweight and risk of more or less serious diseases related to it.</p>
<p>While several studies have found that obesity is associated with genetic factors, the challenge is to identify these genetic factors and how they act in the body. Alongside these, there is other research showing that physical activity can reverse genetic tendency to gain weight and fight obesity.</p>
<p>For example, a study was published in the online edition of November 1 of the journal PLoS Medicine found that a gene known as gene &#8220;associated with fat mass and obesity&#8221; (FTO, for its acronym in English ), which is known to increase the risk of obesity, has a powerful 27 percent of adults physically active compared with sedentary.</p>
<p>In reaching this conclusion, an international group of researchers did what is called a meta-analysis, ie who analyzed the findings of many other investigations. In total, 45 were considered in all previous studies considered data from more than 218 000 participants.</p>
<p>One of the most important conclusions of this finding is not necessary that the exercise is a professional sport or that it is not necessary to settle in the gym. By contrast, activities such as walking the dog, going to work by bicycle or walk up the stairs, to keep the person active an hour a day is enough to overcome the obesity gene.</p>
<p>Of course that also counts and diet is helpful but not necessary to starve yourself to look better. By contrast, a healthy diet should be varied and nutritious.</p>
<p>Do not let them win this battle genes that suits you and you can win. Start an exercise plan early to say goodbye to obesity, overweight and its consequences on your health.</p>
