Megaloblastic Anemia
The cells require oxygen to function properly. Those responsible for carrying oxygen to the tissues are red cells, also called erythrocytes or RBCs. In the formation of DNA synthesis of the precursor cells of erythrocytes involving both vitamin B12 (cobalmina) and folic acid. If any of these items are missing is a decline in the rate of synthesis of cell DNA, a fact which implies that the red cell precursors increase in size. Furthermore, this alteration in cell maturation can occur makes their destruction, which contributes to anemia.
Thus, erythrocytes come in smaller numbers to the blood and changed in size because of this lack of vitamin B12 or folic acid, resulting in what is known as megaloblastic anemia.
How to produce
Lack of folic acid is the most common cause of megaloblastic anemia. Folic acid is obtained from the diet, from foods like meat, legumes, nuts or vegetables, and is absorbed in the jejunum. It is transported to the bone marrow to intervene in DNA synthesis of red blood cells and collects in deposits in the liver.
The main cause of lack of folic acid is its deficit in the diet, mainly from malnutrition and alcoholism, but may also be due to alterations in the uptake and storage caused by various intestinal and liver diseases, situations that increase their consumption as pregnancy or certain tumors, or certain drugs such as methotrexate, trimethoprim or triamterene.
Night sweats, What are the causes?
The night sweats are to excessive sweating produced at night that is not due to excessive heat in the room or in bed. They are sweating like hot flashes that can end up soaking the clothes or sheets.
The perception of excessive heat and sweating at night is quite common. For this reason it is important to distinguish the sweat due to high environmental heat that has a medical origin.
Among the main causes of night sweats are as follows:
Menopause. The hot flashes that accompany menopause may occur during the night and cause excessive sweating. It is a very common cause of night sweats in women during menopause.
Idiopathic hyperhidrosis. It consists of an excessive production of sweat on a chronic, unexplained.
Infection. Tuberculosis is an infection that most often been associated with night sweats. However, bacterial infections such as endocarditis (inflammation of the heart valves), osteomyelitis (bone infection) and abscesses, can cause night sweats. May also occur in HIV infection.
Cancer. Some cancers have early symptoms as night sweats excessive, especially lymphoma. However, people with undiagnosed cancer often have other symptoms such as fever and weight loss.
Drugs. The drugs are often a common cause of night sweats. Antidepressants are the drugs most frequently occur. All types of antidepressants can cause night sweats as a side effect, with an incidence rising from 8 to 22 percent in people taking antidepressants. Certain drugs used to lower fever such as aspirin or paracetamol can cause sweating at times.
Hypoglycemia. Sometimes low blood glucose can cause sweating. People who administer insulin or oral antidiabetic drugs may experience hypoglycemia during the night accompanied by sweating.
Dry Eyes
About 12 million Americans have dry eyes. This is due to the inability to produce enough tears to keep the eye surface lubricated and comfortable.
Tears are produced by lacrimal gland tissue. The major lacrimal glands are under the skin in the eye bag. The tears reach the surface of the eye from the gland through small openings (Lacrimal puncta), then passes into canals in the eyelids (lacrimal ducts), a small sac (lacrimal sac) and finally into the nose.
Normally, blinking eyelashes helps to spread a film of tears on the eye. If the flashing stops, dry zones are developed on the surface of the eye and vision decreases.
The continuous production and drainage of tears is very important. Tears keep the eye moisture, helps Curer wounds and protects the eye against infection.
People with “dry eye” are in a great Risk of developing eye infections.
Warts Treatment
Many of the warts disappear spontaneously, this does not mean that in all cases be true, since there are cases in which the person should see a specialist doctor (usually a dermatologist), usually such cases are mostly in adults .
There are different methods to treat warts, ranging from the use of certain medications skin (creams and ointments) to cases where the treatment is surgical, specialists have a wide range of procedures including:
Chemicals, Drugs and Ointments:
By applying some medications that are applied directly on the warts and continuously for periods ranging from two to 24 weeks.
In the office, the doctor can apply other medicines that make the wart tissue dies and falls off the patient’s body.
Plantar warts are the most difficult to eradicate because most of the wart is not exposed, however, lies beneath the skin, dermatologists for warts commonly recommend the application of drugs exposed to the wart and while being removed, but it is important to note that with these warts should have patience and continuity in their treatment.
Many of these chemical treatment must be applied with some care, including covers the case of heavily pregnant women, therefore, if you suspect this, you should mention to the doctor immediately.
Surgery:
Although uncommon, removal of warts by surgery is an option, this treatment is applied by a medical specialist usually after other treatments have not been successful.
Cryotherapy:
Cold therapy is another option of treatment, nitrogen is used commonly to do so, however we must be careful with the use of this product because it can cause serious damage if not handled with appropriate safety measures and implementation.
It is now selling products that use this system and can be purchased freely by anyone, only to remember to use it safely and correctly as collateral damage is always a possibility.
Not necessarily the application of cryotherapy warts eradicated immediately, they can often take 2 to 4 weeks of constant application for eliminating them, also must be considered that the application of liquid nitrogen may cause burning and some pain.
Electrosurgery:
This procedure is also applied by the doctor and what it does is destroy the wart tissue through exposure to intense heat source, same applies with electrocautery, the advantage of this procedure is that it only requires a meeting.
cauterization of warts
Laser:
This treatment has great results today, with the lesion is subjected to a laser beam, immediately destroying the warty tissue.
Any sexually active person who has been diagnosed with genital warts and is receiving treatment you should inform your partner so that it also receives if diagnosed with genital warts also.

How to deal with depression
First, feeling depressed is a choice. That can be difficult to accept, but do not make it any less true. It may not be a conscious choice, but a choice nonetheless. Why would anyone choose to be depressed may apply. The answer is that whatever you choose to do involves a payment, depression is no different. Think about it. It gives us a license to feel good about doing things that may not feel good doing the opposite. Again, nobody sits down and says I think it’ll be depressed today so you can get out with this or that behavior, but in another, the unconscious part of our mind, this is what happens. It is not a conscious act, because otherwise I could not rationalize. What else could we accept moping around, looking out into space and feel bad about ourselves and anger in the world in the negotiation?
For those who wondered, I’m writing this from some ivory tower, I have lived my entire life. My father suffered much more severe than the depression I. He was hospitalized for at least three times and horrible for shock treatments (which I hated) as the only effective way to get it. Depression was the main reason for my father’s death of an otherwise healthy man, aged eighty-three. My depression is definitely under control and no longer a problem for me because on the rare occasions when it does its ugly head back, I do things I will describe in the following paragraphs.
So where does the feeling of depression comes? According to Dr. Albert Ellis, the depression comes from the imposition of “should,” “aughts” and “musts” in ourselves. Therefore, when we think of it, we discovered that our current wave of depression stemming from some unreasonable demands to which we are subjecting ourselves. Try not to take more than is realistic. I know it can be difficult for some of us, but deep within us usually knows what we can do and what we can not.
Treatment for Female Hair Loss
The women’s hair loss may be caused by any number of conditions. Some cases of female hair loss are due to heredity, while others have to do with the disease, hormones, diet and stress.
Hormonal changes are the cause of most cases of hair loss. Many women start to lose hair when they experience a change in their estrogen levels. These changes may include pregnancy, discontinuity in birth control pills, abortion, and take or leave the hormone replacement therapy. These changes affect the DHT and estrogen levels which affect hair growth and loss process. The postpartum is a time where many women lose their hair. Pregnant women have high levels of progesterone and estrogen levels decreasing. This causes your hair to put in his state of numbness, Once the child is born, the new hair begins to grow, causing the “sleeping” hair follicles being despoiled. Most commonly, hair loss after pregnancy occurs between three and six months after the pregnancy. While no real cure for this loss, this will be a temporary situation. It is important to realize that when hair is lost after pregnancy, the hair is growing as new and old hair is falling. Therefore, the situation is usually temporary and will be remedied by itself.
